Many people eat foods every day that they are slightly allergic to without realizing. A food allergy can manifest in a number of ways such as itchy red skin, problems breathing and a swelling of the tongue.
Foods such as dairy, eggs, nuts and celery are among some of the most common foods allergies. Take a simple allergy test to see if you allergic to any of these foods groups and cut them out entirely. Your internal organs will thank you.
2. Fried foods
Fried foods are common among those foods that everyone knows are ‘bad’ for them, but still they can’t resist eating. They account for most of the take-away food that is eaten and they are packed with calories and fat.
Not only is this food causing you to put on weight, it can also be a reason for chronic illnesses. Fried foods are one of the main culprits for encouraging inflammation in the body and they could be making your long term health problems much more serious.
3. Processed foods and drinks
Like fried foods, processed foods are also on the rise. They have taken over foods made from fresh ingredients, and they are popular because they are cheap and easily accessible.
But the amount of processed ingredients and chemicals found in junk food such as pastries, fizzy drinks, processed soups and meats is off the scale. High amounts of chemicals wreak havoc on your internal organs, and cause a great deal of inflammation as a result.
To combat inflammation, try to include as much fresh fish, ginger, cayenne pepper and fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet.
