Ingredients:
-Some thin slices of ginger root
-1.5 liters of water
-Juice of a Lemon (optional)
Instructions:
To prepare the ginger water, simply boil the water, and add the ginger slices. Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the preparation from the heat, let it cool, strain it, add a little freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste. The drink can be consumed throughout the day, and if you are really keen for fat loss we recommend only drinking this and plain water at first until you start to notice a difference.
