Hold this plank for 30 seconds at first, increasing to 60 when the exercise gets easier.
Again, increase the time when it gets easier.
Add a further minute to this exercise when it gets easy for you to do.
These plank exercises are great for the beginner as they are not too strenuous, like some exercises seem at first. As you progress, your confidence will grow which will increase your general health levels and help you drop weight.
